All Purple V's products comes with a 3 years warranty. Any defects in the product will be replaced during the 3 years. Defects include the change of color of the chain, hook, or any metal part of the jewelry, or breaks and cracks on the crystal or other beads if applicable. Subsequently, after the 3 years warranty, a cost will be incurred depending on the seriousness of the defects on the products.
